Job description:
Understanding customer requirements for AVD.
Assessment and understanding of existing Cloud Infrastructure (Azure/ VM Ware/ Citrix Cloud)
Creating Design / Architect plan for AVD implementation
Creating VDIs with Custom Image.
Configuration of AVD as per client requirements
Provisioning of VDI sessions and onboarding Users
Good knowledge on PowerShell scripting
Good to have
MSIX for App Layering
Application Packaging Knowledge
Knowledge on VDI Infra & Windows concepts
Provide support to post-migration issues
Handle communication with customer and manage the offshore team who will perform the migration
Weekly migration status reports generation
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Good Analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Good knowledge of planning and executing migration projects
Good communication skills, customer interaction and team leadership
Review and configure public cloud instance (Azure/AWS/GCP) with Workspot
Prepare customized templates in Workspot as per client requirements/identified use cases.
Onboard Users with VDI/Applications and provide support to end users on Workspot related issues.
Mandatory skills: Azure Virtual Desktop
