- Experience working in conference, trainings, exhibition, sponsorship or media sales is a strong asset.
- 2-3 years experience in B2B conference, trainings and exhibition sponsorship sales, working in either a domestic or global market.
- The ability to showcase a strong sales skill set including but not exclusively; lead generation, cold calling, working with CRM systems, cultivating sponsorship and exhibition proposals.
- Experience working in the energy & financial institutions market in sales or on the client side would be a bonus, but not essential.
- Previous responsibility for ambitious sales targets.
- The ability to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- A positive attitude and openness to learning.
- Adaptability to a fast paced work environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
- Strong writing, phone conversation and presentation skills.
- Strong listening, negotiation and facilitation skills.
- Self-motivation, coaching and team-leadership skills.
