We are looking for energetic, passionate, professional Bussers to join our team! We are seeking exceptional individuals who provide a luxurious guest experience- Support Staff with a background in fine dining venues. The role's responsibilities include setting tables, serving food orders, and removing used dishes and utensils. Ultimately, you will ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience! To be considered for this role, you should be available to work various shifts, including weekends.

The ideal candidate will quickly be able to adapt to the brand, values, and culture of the company, evoking passion and excitement for the process in all involved while providing an upbeat and positive client and team experience. Private events at 99 Scott & WSA Building, scheduled for this Spring, will allow the new team to become a cohesive unit and shape a clear vision and understanding of the Happier brand before the planned launch.

These are FT/ PT positions for the Members Club, and you must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create a HAPPIER experience for all guests, members, and coworkers

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Clear and reset all tables
• Ensure proper table maintenance
• Ensure water is poured and available for all guests
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor
• Support servers in any capacity as requested
• Communicate with servers regarding overall guest experience including pace
• Support in delivering food and beverage as needed
• Support dining room staff by making sure the display is always aesthetically pleasing and accurately represents our vision
• Complete assigned side-work
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace
• Adhere to safety and quality regulations
• Responsible for knowing wines by the glass, cocktails, and food menu

Requirements

• Fine Dining: 1+ year (Preferred)
• Courteous and attentive to guests
• Demonstrates a friendly, high-energy personality with a positive and team-oriented approach
• Understanding of restaurant etiquette
• A genuine passion for restaurant hospitality and service
• Flexible schedule and open availability to meet business needs
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Attention to cleanliness and safety
• Patience and customer-oriented approach

• Be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, such as staying on your feet, climbing stairs, and carrying heavy objects
