job summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and facilitate work across cross-functional teams (Product and Technology), for the purpose of ensuring Product Team features/epics and associated artifacts are in adherence with Governance processes and quality controls

  • JIRA Administrator tasks (E.g., managing / creating boards; assigning access)

  • Review and approve Product features/epics and portfolio epics

  • Intake administrator tasks, maintenance of intake screens, and training around the overall intake process

  • Lead intake processor, who works with submitters and approvers to ensure process is executed per team procedures

  • SharePoint administration including access management, trouble shooting and creation of SharePoint sites, lists, views, and libraries


  • Create and facilitate training on JIRA, specifically the creation and maintenance of features and product epics, and team procedures concerning required fields and formatting of features

Required Qualifications


  • 5+ years of business analysis experience in Product Management, including applied experience in the end to end requirements and epic / user story development process, ideally with Treasury Management products within financial services

  • Must have Applied knowledge of JIRA, leveraged for requirements management including epic and user story development

  • Must have Applied knowledge of Confluence and how it integrates with JIRA

  • Must have SharePoint Administration and Design experience, including:


    • Creating SharePoint sites, lists, views, libraries and creative content

    • Managing permissions at all levels (site, library, folder and documents)

    • Knowledge of how SharePoint integrates with other Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Access etc.)

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

  • Ability to work with others in different time zones (U.S and International)
