Role: Workday Business Analyst

Location: Cranbury, NJ (Remote)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

• BA's with financial domain background - ability to interact and engage with Finance teams and capture the requirements
• Must have experience in financial close processes, GAAP Accounting etc.
• Workday know-how is good to have but not mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of experience - ability to get started on day 1 with minimal support and intervention
• Must work independently
• Ability to draw process flow and value stream mapping to identify gaps
• Nearshore (NJ) with ability to visit Client's office on need basis
