Job Description

**Your Role:**

As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work across various divisions, including the Early Intervention Clinic, Milestones Academy, Crisis Intervention, and Residential settings, providing a full continuum of behavioral care to individuals ranging from 18 months through adulthood. Your work will be diverse, taking place in homes, school districts, residential homes, and mental health facilities, in collaboration with a wide range of service providers and client advocates.

Clinical Management

**Desired Skills & Abilities:**

  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors to ensure consistency in clinic-wide procedures, programming, and teaching principles.
  • Design, implement, and manage evidence-based ABA services, including intervention, assessment, parent and staff training for a caseload of 6-8 clients.
  • Provide supervision and feedback to RBTs and Direct Support Care Staff.
  • Ensure staff have the necessary resources for their roles.
  • Conduct client assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain data collection systems.
  • Lead morning "huddle" meetings and serve as the clinical point person in the absence of the Clinical Director.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • BCBA certification and MO and KS State License (licensing fee reimbursement available).
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children with autism, experience in intensive teaching programs with a Verbal Behavior focus preferred.
  • Experience in Group Homes and Crisis Prevention and Intervention is also advantageous.

  • Proficiency in computer usage (Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Dynamics, and PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel by air and automobile, including the ability to drive when in the field.
