We provide in-home ABA based behavior therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.



We are currently hiring LBA's/ BCBA's for full-time salaried supervisory positions. Candidates should possess a License as a Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Virginia or are Board Certified as a Behavior Analyst and are seeking licensure as an LBA in Virginia. Candidates also have direct experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Ideal Candidates also have supervisory experience as well. You will grow clinically as a behavior analyst while providing a team of hardworking, dependable behavior support clinicians an opportunity to develop their professional skills under your guidance. You will give back to the field of behavior analysis through supervising BCBA students and RBT's.
