Qualifications&Requirements:

•  B.C.B.A. certificate is required for immediate positions.


•  Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work or related field


•  1 years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities ( recently certified BCBA's welcome/encouraged to apply )


•  Experience in consultation with families & employee supervision & training


•  Experience designing & applying positive behavior supportstrategies based on ABA principles


•  Outstanding written and verbal communication skills


•  High ethical and clinical standards


•  Valid & current CA driver's license & insurance.


•  Reliable source of transportation


• Work Authorization : United States ( required)


• Pass criminal background check and TB test 


•  Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
