Role: Business Development Manager Industry Type: Electrical Functional Area: Business Development /Institutional Sales/AMC Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Requirement: Must own a vehicle for daily travel Other Requirement: Person must have worked extensively in Bangalore/Karnataka market and should speak Kannada fluently. Responsibilities: To work as an integral and active component of the business development department and its functionalities Generate and Develop leads- Ability to find new customers/projects Responsible for complete sales cycle from enquiry generation, order booking till payment collection Nurture, build and maintain relationship with customers Reporting of Sales Activities and to provide update of the sales funnel regularly Make presentations, attend techno-commercial discussions and negotiations Build rapport with Dealers , Architects and other influencers Achieve sales targets on Monthly/Quarterly /Yearly Basis Assist order execution and Statutory Documents Skills: Must have a good understanding of the Electrical Contracts Hands on experience in estimation and pricing BOM/BOQ that go to electrical contracts ranging from domestic, commercial and Annual Maintenance Services Exposure and knowledge in technical specifications required for facilitating appropriate services Good to have knowledge on low voltage and medium voltage wirings, panels, and components Proficient in sales segments of Building, Electrical panels, Electrical contracts Assertive communicator with good verbal, written communication, and analytical skills Experience in segments working with Electrical Consultants, Project management companies, Architects, Contractors would make an ideal candidate Ability to travel extensively Qualifications: 5+ yrs. of relevant experience and sound knowledge of electrical products, technology, and market Any Graduate (B.E/B.Tech in Electrical engineering will be preferred)
