We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to work in the Projects and Business development function to be a crucial part of our national business expansion team. Location: Mumbai as the base location (should be flexible for pan India) Job Description: Study potential locations for new clinic (store) development across India. Market mapping and lead generation about prospective property acquisition. Location and catchment mapping and analysis of new clinic locations. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Negotiating, Sourcing, acquiring, and finalizing properties in locations across India as per expansion strategy and AOP as set by management. Retail/ commercial property search management, coordinating with key partners like property developers, landlords, project consultants, property brokers, vendors, business associates. Conduct financial analysis and technical feasibility of the site as per business requirement. Aid the management in effective decision making. Negotiating final rentals, Landlord scope of works, any other requirements. Work with legal team on all legal compliances, like due diligence, LOI, agreement signing, etc. Achieve number of clinic openings in cities as identified per the business plan. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals aligned with operations. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects Required Qualifications: Proven working experience in project management/ business development / operations Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Negotiation skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Any Graduate If interested for the same, kindly mail your updated resume on (e-mail removed)
