Requirements

BIM/Revit Specialist: This is where you come in.

Were looking for a BIM/Revit Specialist who will perform technical tasks in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Autodesk Cloud Solutions (BIM 360 / ACC) to support our Engineering, Detailing, Estimating, and Project Management teams. Top 3 things to deliver in the first year to be a hero:

1. Attention to detail Create and maintain Revit files and Revit families for mechanical equipment, accessories, fixtures, etc., and create/coordinate documents for all project phases through record drawings.

1. Collaboration Maintain a collaborative environment between CAD operators, BIM specialists, engineers, project managers, detailers, estimators, and sales personnel by following an integrated project development process.

1. Teamwork We do our best to help each other out! This can be supporting non-Revit users with AutoCAD file creation and maintenance, or just responding quickly to someones question or request.

The BIM/Revit Specialist role reports to Lana Gochenauer / VDC Solutions Manager on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.

Your Background: What kind of person will thrive in this role?

You should have

• At least 3 years of experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Autodesk Cloud Solutions (BIM 360 / ACC)
• Fluent in 3D geometry creation and manipulation in the context of the built environment
• Experience with Navisworks, Bluebeam, and the entire Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 is great too!
• Have a reasonable understanding of a variety of HVAC and plumbing systems and terminology.

• Expertise leveraging Microsoft Office products, internal resources, and processes.

Benefits

Compensation: 74,000-97,000 annually
