Kforce has a client in search of a BI Report Analyst in Saint Louis, MO.
Key Tasks:
- Acquires requirements, designs, and develops reports and validates results
- Act customer facing to business users to understand their requirements and build reports
- Analyzes report requirements of the users, while providing feedback and report recommendations
- Develops and optimizes stored procedures
- Looks at the data inside the business and helps any users with questions/problems with big data
Day-to-day:
- Production support
- Build jobs/triage
- Breaks/fixes
- Database work/design
- Bug fixes
- Support applications so they can debug quickly and efficiently
Required Skills : * 5 years experience in business intelligence/ reporting and analyst level database skills * Experience working with procurement, supply chain, or accounting type data * Business Objects or similar tool experience required (MicroStrategy, OBIEE, etc) * SQL experience required * Excellent communication skills * Oracle experience a plus * Hana experience a plus
