Title: P&C Business Analyst (Automation)

Location : Whitehouse Station, NJ

Duration : FTE

• Should have 7 + years of experience in P&C domain, preferably strong knowledge in Commercial Business lines as a Lead Business analyst / Business consultant
• Identified talent mind should have basic knowledge on P&C insurance claims process
• Atleast 1 year experience working as a business analyst in projects(preferably in claims) involving automation(where RPA tools are/were involved).
• Strong expertise in business analysis methodologies through usage of applicable business requirements tools and hands on in creating business requirement documents, user stories, use cases, process modelling through tools like Visio etc.
• Need to work with team and ground and help in improving the optimization across various initiatives in claims
• Need to have agility to swap between projects on needs basis
• Handle and work with business stakeholders and PO
• Hands on experience on insurance functions Policy Admin, Underwriting, Rating, Claims, Billing & Reinsurance
• Expert domain understanding of insurance products hierarchy across personal, commercial and specialty business segments
• Able to understand insurance workflow needs & requirements on various insurance transactions
• Should have experience in leading requirements, document current state analysis for end to end application development engagements in Property & Casualty domain, executing test cases/test scenarios, performed UAT cycles and expertise working on strategic transformation engagements is an advantage
• Must be able to self-manage and get tasks through to completion without significant guidance
• Should demonstrate experience in conducting harmonization sessions in workshop format across large group of customer stakeholders
• Should have excellent communication skills (both oral and written), Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Should possess basic knowledge of Architecture (Logical) principles and appreciation of technologies like Mainframe, Cloud, Automation
• Experience of working in Agile, waterfall and SDLC models in engagements
• Professional certifications from AINS, CPCU etc. would be a plus
