• BY ETMS / TM Development, enhancements.
• Experienced in BY/JDA ETMS GAP Development and Data Migration.
• Responsible for Incident Resolution, Problem ticket Management.
• Responsible for JDA Patch Installations.
• Implement Continuous improvement initiatives.
• Solving standard JDA process failures within quick timelines as well as customized processes including experience of JDA integration with SAP.
• Coordinating with Key Users and Business Representatives on ongoing issues and problems.
