Role: Sr Back End Developer

Location: Fully Remote(USA)

Long Term Contract W2 & C2C

We are seeking a talented, experienced back-end engineer to join our team. As a Back-end Engineer, you will collaborate with front-end, back-end, and full-stack engineers to develop robust and scalable solutions for our projects. You will be responsible for designing and implementing back-end APIs, integrating with external services, and ensuring optimal performance and reliability. We'd love to hear from you if you are passionate about creating high-quality code and have experience with technologies like Node.js and Nest.js.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end APIs for our applications.
• Collaborate with front-end and full-stack engineers to define and implement API specifications and data models.
• Integrating with external services and APIs to enhance our applications' functionality.
• Optimize back-end performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Implement and maintain database schemas and data access layers.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with other developers.

• At least three years of experience in backend development.
• Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices
• Experience with back-end frameworks like Nest.js or similar frameworks.
• Experienced with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and database design.
• Proficient at writing efficient and optimized SQL queries.
• Experience with version control systems.
• Experience with the Azure cloud platform.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
