What youll do

Monitor orders daily resolving any and all issues that prevent orders from flowing through system, shipping or billing properly
Assist the Order Management team ensuring customers are able to place their orders smoothly and easily with appropriate interfaces
Identify root causes and spot trends and perform data analysis of results via customized reporting
Work cross-functionally with other teams
Drive lean methodology into daily Ways of Working resulting in process improvements and increased productivity
Research disputes (credits and deductions) logged in our SAP system by reviewingorder history, shipmentand carrier documentation in order to validateresolution


What youll need

Must be currently in pursuit of a BA/BS
High Level of PC skills, Excel, Power BI/Tableau and PowerPoint experience SAP experience is a plus
Analytical and problem-solving skills, organizational skills required
Ability to identify and document root causes of problems
Strong reporting skills and preparation
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work well with a team and manage time appropriately in a fast paced and changing environment
Process improvement experience and interacting with cross functional teams is a plus

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs

Pay range for this role is $20-$29 per hour.
