Follow the chart outlining the number of each type of donut to make for each store. Fill in the production chart, outlining the number of donuts sent to each store. Make icing and filling for the fill and ice donuts. Coordinate with front staff the fulfillment of orders. Properly package the donuts for pickup time. Maintain production records. Develop new recipes for fried and baked goods. Check equipment to ensure that it meets health and safety regulations and perform maintenance or cleaning, as necessary
