Required skills/ Qualifications:
Experienced Batch Operator with extensive hands-on experience with designing, configuring, managing batch workflows, batch job inter-dependencies, scheduling.
Batch scheduler should be able to troubleshoot batch Job Failures and Escalations from L1& L2 support groups for resolution Autosys and UC4 scheduling tools issues and requests.
Experienced in producing enterprise guidelines and standards.
Previous experience in batch scheduling software tools: OPCON, CA, Tivoli, BMC.
Experienced in managing an operations group with heavy Batch Scheduling for core operations.
Work effectively under minimal supervision
Strong ownership and service delivery for customer satisfaction
Strong ability to manage critical paths and high priority initiatives.
Strong verbal and written communications skills and problem solving and decision-making skills.
Strong documentation skills
Flexibility and inclusiveness in a Team-Oriented environment.
Must have excellent time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast pace, dynamic work environment.
A self-directed team player who can interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
