No previous ABA experience is required for this Entry Level position! We will provide the best hands-on ABA training and mentorship in Southern California - Where you will actively learn shadowing with kids and trainers in the field.

What will you be doing? You will be working 1:1 with children with developmental delays and/or autism in their homes.

What you have:

  • Minimum of 60 college credits completed
  • Minimum six months of paid or unpaid experience working with children
  • Bachelors degree and work experience serving people with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to be in compliance with insurance eligibility guidelines

Compensation: Up to $21 an hour dependent on education, credentialing and experience

  • Part-Time (minimum 15+ hours per week) AND Full-Time opportunities (including benefits)

Requirements

  • Prior experience working with children (at least 6 months)
  • 4 semesters (60 units) of completed college credits (Bachelor's degree is preferred)
  • Current California driver's license & proof of car insurance
  • Reliable vehicle and willingness to drive 20-40 miles per day
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds
  • Willingness to submit driver's license and fingerprints for background check
  • Verification of legal authorization to work in the U.S. upon hire
