Behavior Technician - Part-Time Position

Responsibilities
- Implement 1:1 direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in-home/center and/or school settings
- Collect accurate ongoing data on clients programs
- Clear communication with all team members and parents/clients
- Compliance to all related company policies and procedures
- Attendance at staff meetings and trainings
Requirements
- Some experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, direct support, education, or a related field
- Able to work Part-Time shifts M-F and Saturday preferred
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential is preferred but not required
- Be at least 18 years of age with some college education in the field; a bachelors degree in a related field is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills
- Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance
- CPR/First Aid Certified preferred
- Safety Care Trained preferred
