• Support administration of US H&W insurance and retirement plans. Share responsibility for administration of US employee and retiree H&W insurance and retirement plans.
• Ensure benefit compliance of Plan Documents, ERISA, State and other Federal regulations. This position will assist members of the Benefits Dept. on various projects and tasks while we look for a permanent replacement for the Benefit Analyst position that was recently made open.
• Requirements: Skilled in Excel involving moderate to semi-complex worksheets.
• Skilled in Pension Administration, Microsoft Word, Customer Service Experience. Prefer experience in HR/Benefits and Pension Administration. Perform payment/reconciliation and cost tracking of service/insurance providers; Support employees and HR office regarding benefit issues including appeals; Strong analytical skills. Manage select vendor relationships. Make phone calls to employees and retirees. Will pay invoices.
