Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serving our Team with Knowledge, Training, Coaching, Leading, Inspiration, Energy, and Support
• In-depth understanding of ordering beer through detailed planning
• Understanding the Market Trends, and our Local Market
• CoGS, pour cost, menu cost, and inventory
• Coordinating Beer/Wine/Spirit Dinners with Director of Ops & Executive Chef
• Executing great shifts and providing memorable experiences
• Full list of responsibilities will be provided with Offer Letter

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 + years bartending experience
• 2 + years bar management experience
• Elevated BWL knowledge
• Mayor of the Restaurant mindset approach to each shift
• Passion + Energy + Inspired = Teachable + Learnable = Qualified
