RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  

  Generate new business using a consultative sales approach

  
  


• 
  

  Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial status

  
  


• 
  

  Gather documents from prospective clients and review that all documents is accurate and complete 

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up with clients staying connected during the loan process as well as established a long term relationship with them to build referral and more business.

  
  


• 
  

  Minimize the delays in the process by staying connected with the clients from the beginning of the loan process to the end of it.

  
  


• 
  

  To do outbound and inbound calls to establish a new client base.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Good organization skills and multitasking skills

  
  


• 
  

  Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to develop strong relationships both internally and with the clients.

  Self-driven and self-motivated

  Consistency and committed 

  
  

• 
  

  Financial Sales experience (1 year preferred)

  Bilingual in Chinese is required

  Bachelor Degree or GED required

  Authorization to work in US is required

  Proficient in Microsoft as well as in Excel

  
  

COMPENSATIONS:
