Bilingual Retention Hero Wanted! We're seeking a driven and compassionate individual to join our team as a CX Specialist (Retention Team). Your focus would be to build strong relationships with our clients and ensure their loyalty. You'll be the voice of our brand, providing excellent customer service and finding creative solutions to keep our pros happy. If you have a passion for customer satisfaction, are bilingual in English and Spanish, and have a talent for relationship-building, we want you on our team!

Requirements

What Youll Do

  • Ability to analyze customer motivation by gathering information and exploring concerns to develop value-add solutions in real-time
  • Resell the value of Networx products, highlighting benefits specific to the customer and their industry/specialty
  • Negotiate with customers to recover accounts and renew plans
  • Communicate clearly and concisely adapting style to suit customers by problem-solving, excellent phone skills, and resolving conflict
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers by establishing trust to drive loyalty and retention
  • Listening and understanding customer's from their feedback to gain knowledge and insights that can be shared in order to constantly improve our platform in a way that clearly reflects our customers feedback
  • Escalating and following up on customer cases when needed
  • Exercise and promote teamwork, supporting the objectives and policies of the Customer Experience Team
  • Other job duties as assigned

Must Have

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships with customers
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • You must live in the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area to participate in office activities as necessary

Nice to Have

  • Previous Retention and/or Sales call center experience is a huge plus
  • Call center environment experience is preferred
  • Excellent understanding of a first-time close sales experience

*Networx has a flexible approach to in-office work; for those living in Atlanta, GA. This position is Hybrid with infrequent required days in our modern Buckhead office for collaboration.
