We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.



Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, mostly personal lines with small commercial accounts


• Provide information about the products and services


• Work the monthly renewals with accuracy and efficiency


• Document and update customer records based on interactions


• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service and insurance


• BILINGUAL IS REQUIRED


• Ability to build rapport with clients
