You will oversee many operational functions that have a direct impact upon the care, comfort, and safety of children at risk.  You will work with children that reside in a family-style cottage located on a 2,000-acre campus.

• Direct supervision of youth


• Reinforce acceptable behavior


• Maintain supportive & therapeutic environment


• Implement daily programs and routines


• Coordinate transportation

If you’re bilingual (English/Spanish) and have the following background, then we’d like to speak to you:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Experience working with high risk youth in a residential treatment or child welfare setting


• Ability to work flexible hours


• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (travel required)
