This diverse role combines financial management, marketing/social media/reputation management, maintenance, scheduling, delinquency, customer service and retention to build excellent relationships with guests and residents. The ideal candidate will be proactive in anticipating and exceeding expectations in all areas of the Community Director role.  The Property Manager is accountable for all property operations, increasing the value of the property by maximizing net operating income and resident retention.    Real Page/OneSite software experience required!
