General Services Corporation (GSC) Is looking for a Relocation Specialist in the Richmond, VA area! If you have considered the Property Management field or simply enjoy helping people, we'd like to talk with you!

What you'll do:

You will serve as a liaison between potential residents and our properties. Youll be answering high volume of calls each day and scheduling property tours.

Requirements

The ideal candidate:

• At least 5 years of experience in sales and customer service
• The ability to conduct verbal and written communication in English and Spanish is required
• Well-informed individual who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work towards and meet sales goals.
• A Passionate Seller: When a lead comes in, you skillfully pick up the phone and use your sales expertise to turn prospects into applicants.
• An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers
• Excellent decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques
• Quickly identify the needs of prospective residents to help them find the perfect apartment home

Remote work requirements include:

• Located in the Richmond, VA area and able to commute to the office as needed
• Must be able to work from home and have a work area free from distractions
• Access to high-speed internet service with an ethernet cord connection
• Able to dedicate 8+ hours on the phone discussing community rents, amenities, and policies to prospective residents
