Customer Service Representatives. Work from home position 

$12 per hour with commission availability.

Paid Training.

The position requires minimum supervision.

Monday - Friday

9am - 7pm

Days and Hours are subject to and will change with the demand of the client's needs.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

*Build relationships with clients through the delivery of extraordinary customer service.

* The primary link between our client's both current and potential.

* Answering and making outbound calls for client inquiries regarding products, and service questions, general client concerns, directing clients to sources of information, maintain customer records by updating account information.

* Processing of payments.

* Documentation of call flow.

* Scheduling appointments and video meetings as needed.

* Follow ups with clients as needed.

*Must have flexibility with position responsibilities and roles.

Qualification requirements

* High school graduate or equivalent.

* Ability to stay on task and perform job responsibilities and duties with minimum supervision.

* Ability to communicate with and assist other teammates.

* Strong listening/comprehension skills.

* Professionalism.

* Must have Laptop/desktop, other essential equipment will be provided.

* You must be able to pass a background check.
