Your Role

We're looking for a college student in the Lincoln area whos excited to work directly with our customers. In this role, you'll help us handle inbound and outbound billing calls, and ensure were collecting on outstanding invoices.
Must-Haves

Nice-to-Haves


Customer-facing experience. Youve interacted directly with customers to resolve their needs

Call experience. Youve spent time on the phone working with or acquiring customers.

Prior CRM usage. We use Salesforce, but experience with any CRM software translates well.

Knowledgeable about sports. Being a former athlete, in club or high school sports isnt necessary but would help you connect with and understand our users.

Passion for finance or sales. You could see yourself in a career in either of these areas and are excited to gain experience working with our talented teams.
