Summary:

The Sales Contract Analyst is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of low to medium complexity direct and Regional or National Account bids, contracts, pricing agreements and contract analysis with the support or direction of others where needed. Works collaboratively with the various Business Operations functions, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal departments to resolve contract issues, eliminate billing delays and process contract payments accurately. Position is accountable for timely milestone completion and short-term initiatives in support of contract timelines and goals.

Responsibilities:
This section contains a list of five to eight primary responsibilities of this role that account for 5% or more of the work. The incumbent will perform other duties assigned.
Serve as a key contact for assigned agreements and perform ad-hoc analysis /reporting as requested.
Partner with Legal, Business Units, and other functional groups to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Process all assigned contract related payments.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of training documents and other supporting materials and templates as assigned.
Research and resolve pricing and billing issues for assigned accounts.
Assist with monitoring the GPO roster maintenance process and general contract maintenance activities to ensure GPO administration fees, rebates and chargebacks are paid timely and accurately.
Demonstrate and incorporate Client competencies in executing responsibilities.

Commitment to action and ability to maintain effectiveness under changing circumstances and priorities.
Must be able to expand knowledge and adapt to an increasingly complex environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and organizational skills required.
Detail oriented. This position requires the ability to identify problems, determine accuracy and relevance of information, and use sound judgement to generate and evaluate alternatives and make recommendations.
A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word as well as experience with data and reporting tools such as Cognos or Tableau is highly desirable.
Knowledge of JD Edwards or similar enterprise system, BAMS or other contract/pricing system is a plus.

Education / Experience
BS / BA
1+ years of experience in a related role.
Previous contracting, medical device, or pharmaceutical company experience preferred
