Our Quote to cash (Q2C) work collaboratively to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the entire customer cycle. This collaborative effort is vital to drive the financial health and success of Kantar. The team global coverage and local expertise enable clients to grow and to improve their relationship with Kantar brands.
Role Overview
Part of a dynamic and integrated Finance function delivering operational Finance specialist services. The role will report to the Billing Manager and will be responsible for supporting end-to-end Billing activities. They will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes are performed in accordance with performance and quality standards.
Role Description

Support and perform the end-to-end Billing process for Kantars customers.

Support and supervise 3rd party with project commissioning/management.

Optimize and improve efficiency and productivity of the Billing strategy.

Development and application of the Group Quote to Cash Policy.

Implement further improvement and standardization of billing strategy.

Work closely with other Teams within Q2C and remaining Finance Departments to assist and resolve Stakeholders queries.

Role Requirements & Capabilities


Degree in Management/Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent.

Experience working within a GBS environment is preferred or similar role.

Shown ability to design and efficiently implement policies and procedures.

Willingness to work flexibly across geographic time zones during peak periods such as period end.

Proficient English speaker, accurately able to read and write English and to communicate effectively.
