Spring Insight Experience


Aimed at students of Black Heritage, our 2-day programme will involve:
Gaining an insight into three of Marsh McLennans market-leading businesses Marsh, Guy Carpenter, and Mercer;
Networking with diversity champions, black business leaders, and current graduates to hear their career stories;
Personalised sessions with our Early Careers team on being a successful candidate at our assessment centres and the opportunity to be offered a fast track to the final stage of our process for a 2025 Summer Internship.
Dates:
Monday 8 & Tuesday 9 April 2024

Eligibility:
On track for a 2:1 or above in any degree discipline*
In the 1st year of a 3-year degree or 2nd year of a 4-year degree
Right to Work in the UK
* When asked if you have a minimum 2:1 degree in the application questionnaire, please tick yes if you are currently on track for a 2:1.
