The Leading Path is seeking Inventory and Network synchronization and orchestration integration consultants with proven success and history performing large enterprise system implementations in communication service providers' networks and OSS systems. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record in system integration, migration, and implementation. You will work on one of our large enterprise cable industry clients among a group of contractors and consultants in Denver.

What you'll be doing:

• Work within the client integration team to uncover and correct discrepancies between Network resources and OSS Systems, to prevent impacts on service order management, operations, and engineering processes.
• Work within the implementation and operations team, including a blend of employees and contractors, to implement a new large enterprise federated inventory system (Cienas Blue Planet) orchestrating the discovery, federation, and reconciliation.
• Transform static and fragmented views across multiple inventory systems into real-time states, and implement multi-domain service orchestration across the networks of IT and Network inventory.
• Improve data integrity with improved data synchronization.
• Reduce service order error rates and order fallout that require manual intervention to resolve because the OSS inventory systems and network have a discrepancy for the provisioning of devices and services.
• Correlate the OSS and the Network for a unified view of inventory so that automation of the business processes and network becomes possible.
• Federate resource data storage by collecting and normalizing data through B/OSS APIs, database management systems, and spreadsheets.

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years Cienas Blue Planet Orchestrate including Inventory and Network Synchronization
• 5+ years of Network experience in Cable Industry for a Tier 1 large cable or telecom operator
• Experience with Blueplanet Resource Adaptors, Jinja template creation elements, HOCON and its data exchange, TextFSM template elements.
• Familiar with REST APIs, JSON, Docker, Kubernetes
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to demonstrate or show completed certifications in Ciena Blue Planet

This will be a hybrid role where you are expected to work in the office 3 days a week so if you do not currently live in the Denver, CO area you must be willing to relocate for the duration of the contract.
