Title: Blue Yonder TMS Implementation Analyst
100% remote
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and lead the deployment projects for the implementation of Blue Yonder Transport Management Systems (TMS) and supporting tools.
Collaborate with global and country-level departments to ensure smooth rollout and integration of the target landscape applications.
Collect and configure system environments for testing and production, ensuring readiness for use.
Provide comprehensive training to Super-Users and end users in the Land Transport business units.
Support and mentor the country rollout and training team, assisting in creating training schedules and course content.
Conduct Hyper-Care activities after go-live, both on-site and remotely.
Consult with the client's business teams to optimize the use of applications and promote standard Land Transport business processes.
Assist in the development of training materials, user guides, and state-of-the-art E-Learning resources.
Qualifications:
Blue Yonder TMS expertise.
Familiarity with Cognos Reporting (nice to have).
3-5 years of relevant experience in Land Transport operations or deploying complex applications for Land Transport operations.
Strong understanding of Land Transport business processes.
Experience in software rollout or a strong desire to develop as a Deployment Specialist.
