Board Certified Behavior Analysts Needed in Tennessee

Compensation: $90K-110K depending on experience

BCBA Requirements:

The ideal candidate would be drug-free, reliable, efficient, and have a good work ethic.
Strong team leader working as part of a collaborative team toward changing the lives of children and their families.
Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or other related fields. (All BCBAs will have a minimum master's degree.)
Trained in the HRE approach to ABA.
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCBA-D) is required.
License Behavior Analysis for the state of Tennessee is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience working with children with a developmental delay, communication disorder, and/or autism spectrum disorder.

BCBA Responsibilities:

Board Certified Behavior Analysts will manage and oversee the delivery of ABA Therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders

and other developmental disabilities. Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, lead and supervise a team of RBTs, train staff, and work with families.
