As a Bonus Management Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining and processing Bonus Management contracts in our ERP system while handling customer invoices and reporting on volume statistics.
CX Germany has 3 core teams; Direct Delivery, Indirect Delivery&Reporting and Bonus Management. Our growing team of 20+ are inspired to deliver the best service to over 100,000 customers in our region, aiding them to provide great products and services to those enjoying our iconic brands.

What will you be doing:
Check, verify, calculate and process/book bonuses in ERP SAP via mass-runs
Control the customer invoices and input the data into the databases (CMT, SAP ERP and MS Access)
Create/send documents to the customers
Process requests created by CX Front Office agents via CS tool
Perform customer account reconciliation and cleaning of pending items
Drive process improvements, standardization and work to solve process related critical issues
Reports creation for German business
Assist in training/mentoring/development of employees
What you'll bring:
Fluency in English and German is necessary for this region
Experience within a finance, accounting, or data orientated position will be beneficial
You will have Basic Excel skills and ideally an understanding of SAP or Salesforce but we can train and develop your skills here
Having a proactive customer & service oriented mindset will get the best results
Being able to build rapport through good communication skills
Ability to work on own initiative, managing workload & projects
