My name is Chandler Bolt, and I run (link removed). We help people write and publish a book that grows their impact, income, and business.

Your mission (should you choose to accept it):
Grab the bull by the horns, be accountable for your authors going through the Book Production process, and help them get results with their book and/or business by providing incredible deliverables, an amazing experience, and support. By creating a Best Is The Standard Book Production experience, you will directly improve result, renewal and refund KPIs.

POSITION SUMMARY
You MUST:
- Have published at least one book using Amazon's Kindle Direct Publishing platform
- Love to wow customers by optimizing whats in place and designing processes / systems that are repeatable at scale
- Have experience communicating with 25+ customers per day online and on the phone
- Focus on root issues, light bulb fixes, and building bridges
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience using Hubspot, Google Drive, Asana, Infusionsoft, Zoom
Specifically, youll focus on 4 areas:
- Less than 8 Week Book Production Turnaround Time
- 70+ Book Production CSAT
- 4+ Books Published Per Week
- Less than 18 Hour First Response Time
ABOUT THE JOB
Were looking for someone to join our team to be a Book Production Rep.
As our Book Production Rep at (link removed), you will provide a Disney-level experience to (link removed) authors through Book Production services. You are accountable for your authors going through the Book Production process, and will help them get results with their book and/or business by providing incredible deliverables, an amazing experience, and support. By creating a Best Is The Standard Book Production experience, you will directly improve result, renewal and refund KPIs.
Every day, you will have the opportunity to provide authors with a positive, personalized, and high-quality experience at (link removed). This begins by managing onboarding authors into the Book Production process via BP Welcome Calls and ends with fulfilling through our production team on all Book Production deliverables within the expected Book Production timeline. Essentially, youre the project manager that takes a book from finished manuscript to published book.
Day to day, youll be increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of Book Production CRM systems, playbooks, online courses, SLA standards, and communication strategies between authors and other members of the (link removed) team. While the large majority of your focus will be solely within Book Production, you are expected to support the rest of the Author Success team with welcome calls, support tickets, the MC, AAL initiatives, and product launches, as needed.
NOTE: This position is full-time and virtual. Meaning you can work from anywhere. The team here at (link removed) is located around the world, with the majority of us in North America.

- Get bored with the day-to-day implementation and execution
- Are afraid to roll up your sleeves alongside the team to get the job done

Qualifications:
At (link removed), we value work ethic, coachability, attitude, and past results youve delivered significantly more than your degree (or lack thereof), GPA, etc.
Have you delivered results in a similar role in the past? If so, thats what were looking for.

Required:
- Love to wow customers by optimizing whats in place and designing processes / systems that are repeatable at scale
- Experience communicating with 10+ customers per day online and on the phone
- Focus on root issues, light bulb fixes, and building bridges
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience using Hubspot, Google Drive, Asana, Infusionsoft, Zoom
- Have published at least one book using Amazon's Kindle Direct Publishing platform
Preferred:
- 2+ years of Customer Success experience at a company like AMEX, Disney, or Zappos
- Experience in an online SaaS environment reducing churn and increasing LTV by identifying churn or refund risks
- Experience managing Facebook communities and Facebook Events for 50+ attendees
- 80+ WPM score
- Experience with online coaching programs and/or internet marketing
Personality:
Friendly, helpful, awareness of student needs, systems-oriented to solve problems
THE PAY
$40-50k with a ton of benefits + $3,000 a year in self care
