We are seeking an experienced in office Full-Time Bookkeeper/Payroll Specialist for our midsize CPA firm. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in ADP payroll processing and QuickBooks Payroll processing with a strong background in bookkeeping and payroll services for a diverse range of clients. Job Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of bookkeeping for clients including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Process payroll for clients using ADP and QuickBooks Payroll systems.
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
- Prepare and file quarterly and annual payroll tax returns.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Collaborate with accounting team to prepare financial reports and statements.
Requirements - Minimum of 2 years experience in bookkeeping and payroll processing.
- Proficiency in ADP payroll and QuickBooks Payroll systems.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
