We are seeking an experienced in office Full-Time Bookkeeper/Payroll Specialist for our midsize CPA firm. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in ADP payroll processing and QuickBooks Payroll processing with a strong background in bookkeeping and payroll services for a diverse range of clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of bookkeeping for clients including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Process payroll for clients using ADP and QuickBooks Payroll systems.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
  • Prepare and file quarterly and annual payroll tax returns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with accounting team to prepare financial reports and statements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in bookkeeping and payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in ADP payroll and QuickBooks Payroll systems.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
