You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of bookkeeping, including financial data entry, reconciliation, and reporting. This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized individual who is passionate about maintaining accurate financial records and contributing to the overall success of our organization.Key Responsibilities:Bookkeeping Coordination: Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping operations, ensuring all financial data is accurately recorded and maintained.Financial Data Entry: Manage data entry and reconciliation of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.Reporting: Generate and distribute financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and other financial summaries.Record Maintenance: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, supporting audits and financial reviews.Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team, auditors, and other departments to support financial needs and resolve any accounting issues.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial (link removed)pliance: Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and company financial policies.Qualifications:Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting, ideally in a coordinator or similar role.Proficiency with bookkeeping software and accounting systems.Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in financial operations.Relevant degree or certification in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus.
