HR Analyst needs e (3) years of experience in related areas such as job classification and compensation, recruitment, selection, training, employee benefits, and/or equal opportunity compliance required
HR Analyst requires:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws involving employment, HR, and HR policies.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS, payroll, and similar employee management software.
HR Analyst duties:
- Human Resource (HR) Analyst will provide HRIS systems support, collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to turnover, recruitment, retention, and compliance.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate data and cleanup of employee and position information
- Perform imports of mass change to employee and organizational data when required.
- Support Managers through ‘Manager self-service’ and training new managers and supervisors through appropriate modules.
- Manage site audit processes to ensure compliance with Henkel Social Standards – including customer focused audits
