Immediate need for a talented Customer Service Representative/Call Center Bilingualnbsp; This is a 03-month contract to hire opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Oklahoma (Remote; Need local to Oklahoma Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interestednbsp; Job ID: 23-34662 Pay Range: $17. 50/hournbsp; Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work locationShift: Most likely will work mid shift (possibly morning will know more once they see what the call volume will be like- candidates must have flexibility as this is a 24/7 operation Key Responsibilities: Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities of this the role and a description of the project (Outside of Workday JD): These openings are for supporting the call volume for our internal and external health plans. Answer incoming healthcare contact center calls and route appropriately to clinical staff. Gather and verify demographic information and document calls using standard computer software and systems. Use tools and apply problem-solving skills to identify immediate caller needs, including potential crisis calls; escalate crisis calls according to standard operating procedures. Use verbal communication strategies to effectively elicit information, gain confidence from caller and provide reassurance. Answer inbound call and make outbound calls according to department policies and procedures. Use active listening skills and interviewing techniques to accurately identify caller s presenting concerns. Identify and employ alternative approaches to communicate with callers when encountering barriers. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Bilingual in English and Spanish Call Center/customer service experience: 3 to 6 months required.
