Responsibilities: Inbound call center taking a high volume of calls from Medi-cal members Assist with changing doctors Assist with requests of new id card, address changes Checking status of prior authorizations, must be able to de-escalate, file grievances for membersnbsp;Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Call Center exp- 6 months to 1 year High speed internet Quiet workspace at home to take calls GOOD ATTENDANCE Bilingual Spanish preferred Must pass knowledge check(s) during training- 3 attempts.
