Job Title: Business Data Analyst Work Authorization:H4 EAD/ US Citizen/ GC EAD/GC Location: Massachusetts, New Hampshire or Maine Work mode: Hybrid or Onsite Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of business processes. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying and addressing business challenges, optimizing operations, and driving business growth. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role,

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Java).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement techniques.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
