Role - Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst
Rate: Depend on Experience
Job Location: Remote
Contract: 4 Months
Note: Must have prior experience in EPC and Information management in manufacturing industry (Data flow Architecture)
What the Project with Customer Involves:
EPC is a project delivery model in Oil & Gas by contractors. Contractors are very large companies. They are running projects like building new oil wells, new oil plants, and new drilling projects.
The customer is trying to Estimate planning, design and procurement.
Procurement involves: purchasing equipment, supplies, material and hiring subcontractors
Engineering: Scheduling & designing build of the plant
Construction involves: Labor activities
This has a lot of hand off between the teams and different parties.
How the Business Analyst would help:
We are trying to collect all of the project data across EPC from the past projects. So we could use the prior learning to estimate a better plan for the future projects
We need someone who understands data in context of EPC data repository
Use it to Estimate the cost & plans for future projects
Speak to different stakeholders
Ideal experience would involve Projects where they coordinated with business functions
Breakdown How the data was finally used for making different business decisions
Be a part of decision making and know how the decision making process works
