As a Business Analyst, you will be working with our designers, configurators, and engineering team to help deliver best-in-class experiences to our customers. Serving as a client-facing technical voice, youll be responsible for providing invaluable insight and architectural guidance to our customers and the configuration team as they plan and build out new products. You will also be involved in continuously helping to improve our platform.

Key Objectives

Objective #1: Complete Architect Training

• Complete the Architecture training program
• Familiarize yourself with common best practices
• Fully understand the expectations for the deliverables of Architecture (RTM and Requirement doc.)

Objective #2: Plan, organize and execute business analysis and architecture in the Decisions platform

• Work closely with stakeholders on the client side to gather and analyze business requirements, and identify solutions in the Decisions no-code platform
• Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the organization's technical architecture, including ERD, Storyboard, mockups, APIs, and RTM
• Flag feasibility challenges when needed and only architect supportable solutions
• Continuously stay up to date with the latest developments on the Decisions no-code platform

Objective #3: Collaborate and support cross-functional delivery teams that include fellow developers, project management, and client stakeholders

• Collaborate on assigned projects and assist in resolving technical issues related to architecture
• Maintain consistent communication with the project team and client throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Support the development team by reviewing any changes to requirements or system architecture
• Be available to answer technical questions from the client or development team to ensure

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience 3-5 years
• 2-4 years of experience with building enterprise or scalable applications (ideally in Decisions)
• Proficient working knowledge of REST APIs and other web services
• Experience with relational databases including designing data models and entity relationships diagrams from business use cases
• Have a knack for problem-solving and strong critical-thinking skills
• Self-starter who works well with others in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
