Business Control Specialist
Location- Plano, TX

This role provides critical support and will coordinate business controls for Global Technology's Policy Management and Governance program. The best teammate for this role will possess strong organizational, analytical and execution skills, pay close attention to details, is a great communicator and collaborator, and excels at being deadline oriented to succeed in a fast-paced environment. The strongest candidates will have a love for investigating, analyzing and problem solving; great partnership and communication skills; and ability to understand the details. The role will be collaborating with technology teams, control partners, and others to lead and deliver against portfolio responsibilities.
Required Skills:
3+ years of risk experience in risk management, policy management or compliance experience.
5+ years of experience in building relationships with stakeholders to ensure appropriate communication, participation and timely coordination of risk and control routine deliverables.
5+ years of strong experience in meeting project timelines and managing to a hard deliverable date.
Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize and multi-task in a deadline driven environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and cultivate relationships both externally and internally.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify and summarize complex topics.
Ability to manage the end-to-end process from inception to conclusion with sustainable, accurate results.
Strategic thinker, self-starter, organized, versatile, and capable of performing work with minimal management oversight.
Ability to connect the dots across silos, think outside of the box to accomplish deliverables.
Desired Skills:
3+ years of technology control experience for a large and complex organization
Strong understanding of technology / technology risk and control / technology risk management
