This role will be working under 2 experienced business controllers who will provide oversight and guidance and ensure a smooth on-boarding and extensive learning plan.

Your role:


Sales incentive calculation for each quarter:

Gathering HR information from 15 countries

Refresh the template per sales manager (+200 FTE)

Request payment to payroll services

Generate individual PDF sheet for all the sale manager team

ROFO Template preparation for all international markets;

AOP Template preparation for all international markets;

Monthly Performance review slides deck preparation for all International markets;

Checking status of SAP type order/Multi-Modality order/Catalyst deal (on demand);

Revenue reporting update;

Additional activities and improvement projects as you become more familiar and comfortable in the role.

You're the right fit if:


Bachelor degree in Business/Finance or similar.

0-3 years working experience in a finance role or internship.

Extensive knowledge of Excel. Knowledge in financial modeling and/or Power BI is a strong asset.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact on all levels.

Proactive, hands-on attitude & problem solver.
