RRG is looking for a talented Technical Recruiter/Business Development Manager (Perm)

What your day will look like (link removed)>

  • Partner with hiring managers to fully understand their hiring needs and define a matching sourcing strategy

  • Write/post technical job descriptions

  • Cultivate relationships with local clients and gain industry knowledge through sales calls and in person meetings.

  • Develop a pipeline to place IT professionals into full time positions with our clients

  • Source potential candidates on platforms, like LinkedIn, and other social media sites

  • Review resumes and perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant's abilities

  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)

  • Participate in events and conference to network to meet potential candidates and clients

  • Set up effective offer strategies and close candidates

  • Nurture candidate relationships and keep potential candidates warm and up-to-speed for future opportunities


Perfect fit if you have...

Minimum experience / skills

  • 2+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experience

  • Proven track record of having recruited in technology

  • Proven track record in B2B sales

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong client-service orientation and relationship-building skills; comfortable working with various types of people in different contexts

  • Proficient with social media platforms

  • Experience with sourcing passive candidates

  • Able to juggle multiple and competing priorities


We'd prefer if you have...


  • Four-year college degree

  • Pre-existing contacts within the technology industry

  • Passion for technology

  • A tendency to keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
