Duties and responsibilities as Business Development Officer

- Develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets, acquire new customers and new opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, achievements, and challenges.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and geographic areas for business expansion.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the operations, marketing, and finance teams to develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Coordinate with the operations team to assess the feasibility of new business opportunities and ensure smooth execution of contracts.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on market trends, client preferences, and competitive intelligence to refine marketing strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product/service enhancements to drive revenue growth.
- Act as a speak person, maintaining a professional and positive image in all interactions.

Job requirements

Education: Bachelor Degree
Experience: 1 year or less than 2 years
Wage: $42.00 to $43.00 per hour
